The Maton Australian EA80C Series guitars have taken on a new look.
This classic guitar features scalloped braced tops with more refined solid select grain Blackwood back and sides. The backs have been radiused to help create a greater tonal spectrum with focus on classic Maton earthy tones resulting in more bottom end response. The neck is solid Blackwood timber and in keeping with the “Australian” theme, have a Desert Acacia (Mulga) fingerboard and Bridge. Finally the Australian series comes with the Maton UV cured paint finish – a finer coat for a finer tone. A MOP Australian Decal adorns this exciting new guitar.
The Australian Series is the culmination of over 50 years of building guitars from Australian timber. It showcases Australia's indigenous timber at its best. Beautiful Blackwood back and sides combine with a premium quality Blackwood neck to produce a rich, well balanced tone.
