Design Features
Construction
The CE Custom features all-solid premium tonewoods including a lightly braced solid western red cedar top along with a solid Indian rosewood back and hand-bent sides. The comfortable, slim C-shape Spanish cedar neck is topped with an ebony fingerboard and joins the body using a traditional Spanish heel for optimal resonance and stability. The contemporary styling of this model is highlighted by exotic snakewood body binding, with genuine mother-of-pearl used for the rosette and Córdoba’s arches logo on the headstock.
Tone
The robust tone of the CE Custom can be amplified using the on-board LR Baggs Anthem SL Classical electronics, providing an incredibly natural sound thanks to the combination of an undersaddle element and internal microphone. The CE Custom is handcrafted by Córdoba’s talented Master Builders in their California Workshop and comes in a deluxe humidified hardshell case.
