Couldn't recommend a better store anywhere. The staff are always willing to help when you need it. They have the widest stock of instruments, instrument supplies and music as far as the eye can see.

Zenith Music is the one stop store for all your music needs. Phil has been amazing at helping me find my piano and double bass for my daughters. Everyone that works there have played such an important role in assisting me with my questions and requirements. The best customer service I have ever experienced worldwide! Such a personal touch, on my birthday I even got my piano delivered right on the day itself with a lovely handwritten card. With the double bass and my many requests, Zenith has made it possible for me to enjoy the double bass and not worry about anything else. I am so blessed to have found my one stop music shop. Thank you Zenith!

Want to say a big thank you to Jamie Harries for years and years of wonderful service, great humour, kindness and generally being such a friendly and helpful person. I took my beautiful Guild in for an over haul and he organised everything for me. I had toured all over the world with it and it had been left a little behind when my darling husband bought me a new Takamine which I have used since in concerts as it better designed for great sound when you plug in. the Guild I had is actually much better for recording. So it had been sitting not being loved and used enough. One trip to Jamie and this great guitar is out and about again! So happy with it. Thank you Jamie for all the love you put into your work. I am so proud of you and very grateful for all you have done to help me over the years! Once again Zenith shows itself to be an outstanding business by having such caring and wonderful staff as Phil Kay, whom when I asked if there was anyone who could deliver the equipment to my parent's place, through asking a few questions found out that he could deliver it to me, by coming to his home to pick it up which was just near to where I was going that evening in Perth with my husband! How awesome is that. I was able to save my parents any concern about it, and just go to his home and he had everything ready for me. The event the next day was a huge success. Without his help it would not have been, as I would not have had the necessary equipment in time!!! This is going way beyond being just "professional". My saying for Zenith Music, "Caring for musicians in and outside business hours for years"! Thanks Phil! Thanks Zenith!!!

I came up from Rockingham today ( Tuesday) and I was delighted with the eclectic selection of cd's. No Eric Burdon or Swing Out Sister but I didn't really expect there would be. Ha ha . Staff were great and offered to help me with purchases.

Wow, everything I could want in sheet music and books, plus plenty of neat music oriented knick knacks. Very cool store; well stocked; friendly service. I just wish the entrance was a bit easier to find. Advice - work out the secret way in from the first floor up (UK first floor/US second floor) in the Bunnings Car Park.

Excellent, fast customer service!! I called and placed a phone order for some instrumental lesson books on a Wednesday morning. I received my order in the post Thursday morning!!! Customer service is still alive in this country. Thank you Zenith, you've got all my business going forward.

This very unassuming building next to Bunnings on Stirling highway clearly hides an absolute treasure trove of everything music! Over multiple floors there are multitudes of musical instruments, accessories, spare parts and what have you. We spoke at length with Phil Kay (Piano specialist) who very kindly gave us the time to explain with a very nice mix of professional opinion and personal experience, without feeling any pressure to buy. After making a purchase, free delivery on a Saturday morning was included!

Staff is really helpful. They really devote their time to help customers find what they want.Thanks for fixing intonation and nut issue - it is perfect now! Will definitely visit this store again. It was nice journey trying out all those guitars.

I recently visited the store and was very impressed with the service. James could not have been more helpful, going out of his way to find exactly what I needed, even running upstairs twice to save my old legs. They have a great range of instruments and accessories.

Extremely friendly staff and wide variety of instruments. The staff listened to what i was after and suggested an instrument that was high quality, but at a price that complimented the skill level. Would highly recommend!
